	Gez Thompson	Gez has extensive experience within the retail property sector specialising in convenience store and roadside development. Originally from Cardiff, he has worked across the whole of the UK on retail projects. In 2000, he founded GST Property Consultants, in Birmingham and prior to that worked for a number of national property advisers including Rapleys and Johnson Fellows.
	Steven Lee	Steven has 20 years’ experience in retail including trading a chain of convenience stores before specialising in acquisition, disposal and development across South West and South Wales acting for a wide range of national retail clients. In 2005, he started trading independently to focus on a number of key client accounts.
	Nick Blackman	Nick is a chartered building surveyor and carries out work for several national clients across all sectors. In 2000, he formed Building Dynamics, to provide specialised building consultancy advice. Nick has worked across the whole of the UK but covers South Wales and the South West from Bristol.
	Mike Craggs	Mike is a director with DPDS and is a highly experienced chartered town planner. He is able to provide advice on all aspects of planning issues working with consultants to protect and maximise client’s property interests through intelligent use of the planning system.
